Contra-indications

Please inform me at time of booking if you have any medical conditions including pregnancy as some treatments may need to be adapted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If cancelled less than 24 hour a 40% cancellation charge will be applied. This is an automated process that happens through my online booking system, payments can be made online through the link sent in the cancellation email.

No Show Policy

If a client does not show up to a booked appointment the full amount of the treatment will be charged.  This is an automated process that happens through my online booking system, payments can be made online through the link sent in the no show email.

Punctuality

I would like to kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments so that we can ensure that full treatment time is given to you and to prevent inconvenience to other clients.

Mobile Phone Courtesy

Please can you be respectfully in salon and to help you to relax by switching your phone to silent when in treatment.

No Smoking Policy

The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.

Client Consultations

All clients will be given a thorough consultation at their first visit. This information is completely confidential and used to tailor treatments to clients individual needs. A online consultation form will be sent to you prior to the appointment to complete, alternatively this can be done at the salon when you arrive.

Payment

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards in salon.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and for all treatments. They are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

Parking

FREE parking is available on my drive between Monday-Friday 9.30-4.00pm, after these timings please park on the road.
