Please inform us at time of booking if you have any medical conditions including pregnancy as some treatments may need to be adapted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If cancelled less than 24 hour a 30% cancellation charge will be applied.


We kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments so that we can ensure that full treatment time is given to you and to prevent inconvenience to other clients.

Mobile Phone Courtesy

We respectfully request that you switch your phone to silent when in the salon.

No Smoking Policy

The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.

Client Consultations

All clients will be given a thorough consultation at their first visit. This information is completely confidential and used to tailor treatments to clients individual needs.


We accept cash and major credit/debit cards in salon. If purchasing products or gift vouchers over the phone or email we also accept paypal, pingit or bank transfer.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and for all treatments. They are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.


FREE parking is available on my drive between Monday-Friday 9.30-4.00pm, after these timings please park on the road.
